About Shaker Courts Condominiums
Originally built and maintained as apartment buildings just before and during World War II, Shaker Courts underwent a condominium conversion in the mid-1980s. The complex consists of seven buildings—all with Shaker Boulevard addresses. An indoor, heated parking garage runs the length of the complex. SCCA offers good-sized to large one-, two-, and three bedrooms units, many with in-suite laundry and/or storage rooms. There are two common-area rooftop terraces for all residents to enjoy—some units have their own patios. Shaker Courts benefits from having a full-time manager with over 25 years of condominium management experience as well as a full-time maintenance employee. Other employees include both housekeeping and garage staff. The seven-member elected, volunteer board of directors are responsible for budget and other fiduciary decisions and typically meet monthly. All owners are encouraged to attend the bi-monthly open board meetings.
