Shaker Courts Condominium is pleased to announce an additional option for homeowners to make Association payments.
There are convenience fees for this service that are listed below that will be charged on top of your Association payment.
- ACH Fees $2.95 per transaction
- CashPay Fee $4.00 per transaction
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal) 3% of the total amount paid
- Debit Card Fees $6.95 per transaction
- NSF Fees $25.00 per transation
